Overview
Colten joined Comprara in 2026 as Sales Manager after more than seven years in procurement recruitment. At Hays he led the Victorian procurement recruitment division and was ANZ Procurement Lead, before moving to Sharp & Carter as Manager, Procurement. His work has focused on procurement, purchasing and contract management roles across public and private sector organisations, which gives him a practical view of the capability challenges procurement leaders face.
