Overview
Colten joined Comprara in 2026 as Sales Manager, bringing close to eight years of experience in the procurement market.
Prior to joining Comprara, Colten led Hays’ Procurement practice across Australia and New Zealand, while remaining personally active in senior procurement appointments across Victoria. He later joined Sharp & Carter as Manager, Procurement.
Throughout his career, Colten has worked closely with senior procurement leaders across public and private sector organisations, developing a strong understanding of the challenges facing modern procurement functions. His experience spans strategic procurement, category management and contract management, giving him valuable insight into the capability, commercial and operational priorities of procurement teams.
