Overview
Milan has over 20 years of experience in consulting and procurement, and has led major contracts across Europe, the United Kingdom and the USA, including multi-million pound transformation projects across a wide variety of sectors. His focus has been on developing business practices and processes that provide actionable insight at both a strategic and tactical level, with a clear emphasis on delivering savings through transformation and cost-reduction programmes. Over the past decade he has worked in procurement consultancy and data analytics across retail, government and industrial sectors.
